HelpI paid online but haven't got my credits yet. What happened?If you pay online for job posting and/or alert credits by credit card the credits are put into your account as soon as the transaction is completed. Payments made by other forms, including e-check may be subject to a hold of 5 to 7 business days while funds clear. When the funds clear PayPal will notify our system which will then credit your account. If you need the credits sooner than 5 to 7 business days please contact us at service@retiredworker.ca and we will do our best to assist you. Please remember to include your invoice number in your email. |
