Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Successfully plan, execute, control and close project(s) again defined scope and budget using the organizations' procedures and policies
– Effectively oversee project staff (direct reports, matrixed reports, contractors, and interns), delegating work to appropriate leads
– Efficiently communicate to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress
– Ensure that necessary risk assessments are continually reviewed and monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion
– Partnering with HR centre’s of expertise when presenting business specific HR requirements or assisting the centre’s with the implementation of new HR initiatives and programs
- – Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously– Must have 3-5 years of professional Project Management/Project Consulting experience– Must have strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills
