Our client, a leader in the financial industry is seeking an HR Project Manager for a 4-month contract. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to medium to large scale projects, working collaboratively with key business stakeholders, vendors and technical resources. The incumbent will possess at least 3 years of project management experience with practical experience and knowledge of techniques involved in planning, organizing, and monitoring multiple IT projects simultaneously

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Successfully plan, execute, control and close project(s) again defined scope and budget using the organizations' procedures and policies
– Effectively oversee project staff (direct reports, matrixed reports, contractors, and interns), delegating work to appropriate leads
– Efficiently communicate to stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress
– Ensure that necessary risk assessments are continually reviewed and monitored and proactively addressed in a timely fashion
– Partnering with HR centre’s of expertise when presenting business specific HR requirements or assisting the centre’s with the implementation of new HR initiatives and programs
  • – Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously– Must have 3-5 years of professional Project Management/Project Consulting experience– Must have strong leadership, coaching, and relationship management skills
